CONTINUATION OF THE INTRIGUING PLANS OF LAND LOCKED NORTHGLENN.

Don't make too much of simple conversations as to why Northglenn is land locked.  We are surrounded by Thornton and Westminster and a state representative is under the misguided impression that Thornton and Westminster is just higher end neighborhoods than poor Northglenn.

That state representative is misinformed.  I've lived in Northglenn most of my life class of 1988 Northglenn High.  I know Thornton, and I know Westminster, I know most of the cities and towns in Colorado.  I've been to every nook and cranny of Colorado it is my state.  Their residents live no different than the people of Northglenn.  Their homes and properties are no different than any of the wards I have visited in Northglenn.  I'll go to bat for the City of Northglenn over these lies being spoon fed to state level politicians. Northglenn should be given the same right to expansion.  Equality for Northglenn.

I'm sorry state representative, I do like you, I think you are great.  I look forward to pursuing this issue with you now that you know I'm a listener.  Didn't mean to be your spook.  You were caught monologuing. The information you were given isn't accurate and I believe you talked to people just being salesmen.  Homes and living conditions from one Colorado City to another is not different.  They are the same.  We live in Colorado, We live in the USA.

On top of that.  When Westminster is setting speed traps on 112th and federal and lying about who's speeding to generate revenue.  Not to mention their building plans are crawling at a snails pace.  You know for a fact the City of Westminster is struggling with the land it claimed.  Thornton is also struggling in development.  Why not let Northglenn in on the action?  The 3 Cities along with Broomfield would work better together than apart.

We got people waiting for jobs, waiting for homes, waiting on development.  We have EMT's waiting for an ambulance service.  Northglenn should be allowed to expand and develop.

In California you could literally sell a worthless piece of property for the same price as a mansion.  I think many residents in Colorado do not realize how far real estate scammers will go to devalue any property to maximize their own personal profit in order to resell.

Property owners do not let real estate companies mess with your minds.  Don't let their lies wreak havoc in your communities.  You have good neighbors some more fortunate than others. From my experience in California their property actually has very little to do with your property.  It can still sell for the same price or more.
