IMMIGRATION AND BOARDER CRISIS

First a Disclaimer:  The Northglenn City Council likely doesn't enforce or have any doings with Immigration or Boarder control.  This is a Federal issue mostly under the direct control of the federal government and state and municipalities with immigration and customs enforcement, legislative and judicial processes.  To my knowledge Northglenn has none of these and the only thing I remember Northglenn getting from Homeland Security was a tiny vehicle and minor grants for CERT (Communtiy Emergeny Response Team training). It is unlikely that the council will have too much dealing with Immigration issues beyond the issuance of passports.  I however would like residents to know I'm up to the task to tackle this issue should the need be required.

My position on the matter:  Unlike many false politicians talking about Immigration and Boarder Crisis Issues.  I'm involved greatly in this issue that some of our Fine Residents of the City of Northglenn are interested in. Unlike most politicians giving you lip service without understanding immigration.  I, Mark Bromley do understand Immigration issues and concerns.  For my wife Kumiko is a foreign national and lawful resident of the USA and I know and understand the complexities and long and expensive process of legalization in Immigration.   I think the process is much too exhausting and most of it is a waste of time and resources.  Which ends up being counter productive and a huge expense that is not sustainable.

I was a leadership employee of Homeland Security from the day it rolled out.  Initially I applied for Gunnison, Colorado.  But Grand Junction, Colorado wanted me to take the Leadership role in Moab, Utah.  The Federal Security Director and Executive Management Staff in Salt Lake City, Utah openly voiced they hated me for being from Colorado. Much of that vile and hateful toxic management in Homeland Security of Utah believed I was a foreigner for being from Colorado and they really resented and hated the fact that my wife was a foreign national lawfully residing in the USA.  Homeland Security in Utah even hated my 2 year old son.  That upper management didn't want to know me or my family and was truly a toxic working environment.

I as a Honorable Military Service Veteran who was Highly decorated for my service to the USA and the US Navy and my family was cruelly mistreated and and abused by a terrible management that didn't deserve the jobs they held in Homeland Security.  More over that broken dysfunctional management in Homeland Security, Utah did not uphold their oath of office.  It was the same Oath I took for Military service.  The bad employees of Homeland Security, in Utah took that Oath as a grain of salt.  Anyone who truly served in the US Military knows that Oath of Service is everything one stands for.   Because of Utah and my families experience.  The US department of Homeland Security upper Executive management is unfit to be regulating Custom and Immigration enforcement.

The reason being is because in the Moab community my family was not the only mixed racial family living in Utah.  The activities of Homeland Security in it's persecution of my family only lead to creating fear in people.  That hateful and racist activity by DHS in Utah created fear in my wife as a result. The Federal Security Director in Utah preferred people even under his own mismanagement to be afraid of him in order to maintain his power over people on a political level.  This is no way to operate an organization that has responsibility for Immigration and Customs Enforcement.  We seen on CSPAN the Vitriol and Toxity of Homeland Security failed methods when DHS Secretary Kirsten Nielsen tried to defend and justify using military grade chemical weapons on unarmed civilians, men, women and children at the US boarder instead of targeting the only one person who threw and object and created a problem.

Fear only outrages people it doesn't make life better it really makes things harder than they need to be.  Showing kindness and sympathy can let even a persecuted leader such as myself survive 4.5 years of hate and abusive working conditions to care for the needs of his family in a toxic work environment.  Kindness is important in leadership, Generosity and understanding in leadership can even get employees that are backstabing you to respect you and follow your instructions.  That Federal Security Director and his management was something out of a bad mafia B-rated movie.

Having got off topic.  I just want to be strait forward and honest.  I think that Immigration is a right of the people under the US Constitution.  The USA was 13 Colonies of England and one day the Colonists woke up and said they wanted to be USA Citizens and broke every British Law in the Country and formed our USA today.  In foreign nations south of the boarder there are people in bad oppressive governments using Fear to oppress their people.

Those immigrants are waking up and they are smart.  They know who we are in the USA and just like our forefathers or Forepeople.  They are waking up and deciding they want to be USA Citizens and Live in Freedom and not Tyranny.  The Immigrants at the board for the most part are Identifying themselves as us as the desire for Democracy and Freedom under the rule of the USA Constitution.  We need to be Kinder and more Sympathetic at our Boarder.  More Understanding.  Keep their good families together, provide for their welfare under our care as good hosts.  Create meaningful ways to qualify them for proper and sensible immigration practices.  We do not need to give them welfare just a way to succeed as we do all new citizens of the USA.

The process for legalization needs to be simplified and priced correctly.  The USA is not over crowded we have room.  I say this because I have been to many lands that do not have the room the USA does.  There are good solutions that work for everyone.  The only way to the future to better understanding and a better way of life.  Depends on the Future Generations of humanity and for the goals we see coming in our future.  We need more people to fill the roles to make the future of the human race possible.  We don't have enough people right now and the brightest and most genius of minds haven't been born yet.

On the issues of Immigrations don't let some minor criminals or evil people give you the wrong impression.  The majority of Immigrants are very good and honest law abiding people in crisis.  Some have Educations some don't.  But skills, knowledge and abilities come only from the the struggle for knowledge.

In my canvassing for signatures for City Council of Northglenn.  There is a man in my neighborhood who taught me how to fish.  He forgot who I was, I had to tell him and got his signature.  I thank him for doing a fine job on teaching me to fish and going beyond that to clean, gut and cook the fish. Here at Webster Lake, E.B. Rains Park, here in Northglenn. We all start out in this world not knowing anything.  It is only by finding people to teach us that we find the skills we need to succeed.

The US Flag at one time only had 13 stars on it.  It now has 50 and it doesn't have to stop there.  We can have civilians of our government establish the USA in future acquired liberated colonies. If the evil tyrants, warlords and petty dictators aren't going to change.  We got enough US Citizens here in the USA to replace their broken governments with ours.  We are smart enough to make them change and become US colonies if their people are all waking up and wanting to be US American's in the America's.

We have the people to put more stars on the US Flag.  Immigration and Boarder Crisis resolve.
